Special Programs in the Arts (SPA) is a Dept of Education program created to enhance, cultivate and develop the hidden talents of high school students specially in the public schools
, a focus on contemporary arts and new trends in arts form. San Francisco High School is in its third year of the said program and we, the teachers and students are hoping that we can achieve our goal,
as a matter of fact, our 3rd and 2nd yr. students together with the PAMANA dance
were invited and performed overseas(singapore), we will represent the NCR in baguio this coming february
