drug testing for public school students

drug addiction among high school students starts as early as 12 years old,specially in public schools,
administrators, teachers and even the brgy. chairmen knows it. in our school there is a profile(
not entirely complete) of students (active and dropouts) of students who are on drugs. i suggest that this students (secretly listed and screened for drug testing) be notified . addiction s rampant
in high schools specially those who are in lower sections and repeaters or balik aral , and those schools with squatters and slums as catchment area, there's an instance that a certain student was
enrolled not by their parents but by drug peddlers. its high time that the dep ed program will be
included in every public high school handbook to save the millions of children in public school.
